Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
8. Marketing Communications
We may use your contact details to send marketing emails, newsletters, offers, launch updates, event invitations, educational content, and promotional messages about Lifeclub and related services.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting info@hannahforex.com. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send necessary service, transactional, payment, legal, or administrative messages related to your account, purchase, or Program access.
We may also use advertising and tracking tools, including Meta Pixel, to understand website activity, measure ad performance, build audiences, and show relevant advertising. Where legally required, we will request consent for non-essential cookies or tracking technologies.
9. Text Messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it only to contact you about your application, booked calls and membership. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except service providers that help us send those messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
10. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies
Our website and marketing pages may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies. These technologies help us operate the website, remember preferences, understand how visitors interact with our pages, measure advertising performance, improve marketing, and detect security or technical issues.
Essential cookies: Support website functionality, forms, security, and access.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings, device settings, or cookie banners where available. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality or your experience.
11. Testimonials, Reviews, and Member Results
If you provide a testimonial, review, screenshot, video, voice note, feedback, trading result, or case study, we may ask for permission to use it for marketing, sales, training, or educational purposes. This may include use on our website, Whop page, social media, emails, advertisements, webinars, sales materials, or community content.
Where your identity is visible or identifiable, we will use your testimonial or result in accordance with the permission you provide. We may edit testimonials for length, clarity, formatting, privacy, or compliance, provided we do not materially misrepresent your experience.
Testimonials and results are not guarantees of future performance and are not financial advice.
12. Recordings and Community Content
Coaching calls, Q&A calls, live sessions, mastermind sessions, onboarding sessions, and other Program events may be recorded. Recordings may include your name, voice, image, questions, comments, chat messages, or other participation.
We use recordings to deliver the Program, provide replays to members, improve training, maintain records, and support member learning. Recordings are generally intended for Program use. If we want to use a recording publicly for marketing and you are identifiable, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you, request permission where appropriate, or protect your identity.
Community content, including posts, comments, messages, questions, trade discussions, progress updates, and shared materials, may be visible to other members depending on the platform and channel. You should not post information in community spaces that you do not want other members to see.

Because Lifeclub serves customers worldwide and uses global technology platforms, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the United Kingdom, including countries that may have different data protection laws.
Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure that international transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, platform data-processing terms, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
15. How Long We Keep Personal Information
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Program, manage access, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect our rights, and improve our services.

Legal and compliance records: Kept as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
When personal information is no longer needed, we may delete it, anonymize it, or securely archive it.
16. How We Protect Personal Information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include restricted access, platform permissions, password-protected systems, secure third-party platforms, administrative controls, and internal confidentiality expectations.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, using strong passwords, and avoiding sharing sensitive information unnecessarily through community channels or third-party platforms.

If you are in the United Kingdom, you may have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
18. California, EU, and Other International Rights
Because Lifeclub sells worldwide, some customers may have additional rights under local privacy laws, such as EU GDPR, California privacy laws, or other regional data protection laws. Where those laws apply to you and to our processing activities, we will comply with applicable requirements.
If you are located outside the United Kingdom and want to exercise a privacy right under your local law, please contact info@hannahforex.com and identify the country, state, or region you are contacting us from so we can assess your request appropriately.
19. Payment Information
Payments may be processed through Whop, payment processors, financing providers, banks, card networks, or other third-party billing providers. These providers may collect and process payment details, billing information, fraud-prevention information, and transaction records.
We generally do not store full card numbers or full payment credentials ourselves. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms, privacy policies, and security standards.
20. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our website, Whop pages, community spaces, emails, resources, and materials may link to third-party websites, platforms, tools, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of third parties.
Your use of third-party platforms such as Whop, Discord, Zoom, Podia, Notion, Google Drive, Calendly, Meta, WhatsApp, and Telegram may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms. You should review those policies before using their services.
21. Confidentiality and Community Privacy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, platforms, data practices, or services. The updated version will be effective when posted or otherwise made available, unless a different effective date is stated.
If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, website notice, Whop notice, community notice, or another reasonable method.
